His eyes run to and fro
Looking for those who want to be completely His
They are so few, but He finds them
They all have wounds, but He binds them
Their hearts are pure
They want to be completely His

Chorus:
Completely His, their lives are not their own
They want to worship at His throne, someday
Completely His, their wills are dying fast
And they see only what will last
That they’ll be truly and completely His

His lips speak words of truth to darkened men
For His grace gives power to them who’ve lived in sin
They’ve been so hurt and felt forsaken
Their lives are hard whose hearts are breakin’
They need Him too, oh can they be completely His?

His hands reach out to those misunderstood
They’re the ones who’ve never been all right and good
They’ve been so lost, but He has found them
He breaks the chains they have around them
They love Him so and yes, they know that they are His

His heart tells you to turn away from sin
Then His love will work in you to draw you in
Your will is strong, Jesus is stronger
Just bow to Him and wait no longer
Why don’t you see, someday you’ll be completely His?
