My Beautiful Blessings


God has blessed me with such joy

My three daughters

And my son have I

Four precious gifts

From my Creator above

The Father has bestowed

On me such love




Serenity


Waves gently toss us about

Sailing away all of our cares

Sun setting in the horizon

Clouds and fog rolling in





So Delicious


Berries, sweet berries, oh what a treat

Delight to the palate, yes, and so sweet

Juicy, red, blue and black are they

So healthy to eat day after day





Shelter from the Sun


Shady trees of green I see

For me on a summer’s day

Cool and peaceful sanctuary

Under it’s boughs I’ll be





Pretty Birds


Soaring gracefully over the ocean

Pretty birds of gray and white are they

Seagulls searching for fish

Swooping down on their prey



My Son Wrote This Poem When He Was 11 yrs. old


Love

Love is a cute little teddy bear waiting

in bed to be cuddled with.

It's two hearts beating for eachother.

Love is a great big heart pumping for love

and when it's over a heart will be broken.

Love is greater than anything that exists.

Love is everything, everything, everything,

and more, but sometimes it feels like your

heart's on the floor.

It's love between friends being loyal

to each other, or it can be between a sister and a brother.

Love is a 2,000 pound heart made of untouchable steel,

but love is never a deal.
