1. Burdened

a. II Corinthians 12:9 “My grace is sufficient for thee: For my strength is made perfect in weakness”

b. I Peter 5: 7 “Cast all your cares upon Him, for he careth for you”

c. Matthew 11:29-30 “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto you souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light”

d. Psalm 55:22 “Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved”

2. Hope in God

a. Romans 8:18 “For I reckon that the suffering of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us”

b. Ephesians 3:20 “God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we can ask or thing, according to the power that worketh in us”

c. Psalm 121:1-2 “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.”

d. Numbers 23: 19 “God is not a man that he should lie; nether the son of man that he should repent: hath he said, and shall be not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”

e. I John 5:14 “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us”

3. Need to be Healed

a. Isaiah 53:5 “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed”

b. Hebrews 11:1 “Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen”

c. Mark 10:27 “With man it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible”

4. Fear/ Feeling of inability to triumph over issues

a. II Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the Spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind”

b. Luke 10:19 “God through Jesus Christ has given you the power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you”

c. Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me”

d. I John 4:4 “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world”

5. Past Sin/ Not Forgiving yourself

a. 2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new”

b. I John 1:7 “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin”
