Praise and worship the most High
In ALL things give Him praise and not sigh


When your head involuntarily bows in gloomy depression
This is not at all; remember, Christ's way of expression


Crying and weeping may endure, mournful you may be and downcast
Holding on to the lost values and wealth of your past


Sarcasm, bitterness, low-self esteem, anger and impatience
Seeing you must, every set-back as, a temporary inconvenience


Lamentations flow from you like Jeremiah
Not the same attitude like the prophet Isaiah


Negativity or positivity, you decide which to feel
Happiness and joy is what you choose as a freewill


When you bow in a sad situation and flee
The devil and his demons REJOICE in glee


When you find yourself a slave to Sin and iniquity
Learn to find an opportunity in every difficulty


Joshua's spies to Jericho saw giants while he saw an opportunity for victory
Righteousness, peace joy in the Holy Ghost taken to heart is satisfactory


God almighty operates in ways that is so different from ours it's clear
Accept Him like Paul and Silas did in the Prison, praising as a pair!

A smile, a kind word lifts the spirit of that sad soul on the street
Make another happy and receive in rebound JOY that is sweet


I have heard it said that, NO-ONE CAN MAKE YOU FEEL INFERIOR WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!

Let not your heart be troubled, believing God in ALL things

Focus on Christ the Author and finisher of your faith
Look not back like Lot's wife or as you put your hand on the plough

A sarcastic mien helps no one it only fuels the devil's plans

Look for SOME good in NO GOOD!


FINALLY learn to praise God in your SITUATION, this is a different spiritual altitude

Divine intervention manifests in an attitude of gratitude
