Lord, I bow to thank You much
For giving knowledge of the fact:
And pray for You to oversee
Aspects of man - for You protect.

I pray for Your guarding
Of my mind with Your helmet
From Your grace of salvation
In Holy glory I reflect.

I pray for Your protection
Of my heart and emotions;
Strap on Your Holy breastplate-
Your blessed righteousness.

I pray that I�m not governed
By things not Holy of You,
But protect me from deception;
Wrapped in Your belt of truth.

I pray You guide my steps
In defense and of Your love �
Empower me against attack
In peace-sandals from Above.

Attacked by demon arrows -
I pray Almighty strength
To raise the shield of faith
To cease all evil schemes.

Lord, we know war ends with You
As You promise in Your Word:
And proclaim Your Victory -
In the Spirit of Your Sword!
