NO! NOT AGAIN
No! Not again,
I promised myself I would never go back.
I vowed
“This is the last time it will get the best of me”
How can I stare at the mirror?
Much less come back to You
If grace is money, then I must be bankrupt.
Can I ever stop this cycle of failure?
Then You remind me,
Your Grace has never lost a battle
Your Love has never rejected a repentant heart
If You could break the reign of sin
By shedding your blood and rising from the dead,
Then You have set me free.
I can boldly declare
“I will never go back”
“The cycle of failure is history”
Not because I am strong enough,
But because the One who lives in me
Will always be more than strong enough.
