God Sets Fires

Some we can put out and others we can’t. When God gave the Laws of priesthood He told Moses to speak to the Priests; the sons of Aaron and say unto them, there shall none be defiled for the dead among his people, or being a husband among his people, he shall not defile himself for his wife. No one should cause us to sin. The Priests were not to defile himself being a chief man among his people to profane himself. They were told not to make their head bald, nor shave the corner off their beard or make any cuttings in their flesh. They are to be holy to their God and not profane his name. It is because of the offerings of the Lord made by fire and the bread of their God they do offer therefore they shall be holy. Many unholy hands have been in one way or another has been handling the things of God. The Offices of God calls for strict obedience to His Word. When a man cannot take control of his own life, how can they lead another? We must and it is a must that we refuse to be controlled by another entity that will not surrender to the smallest things God require.

The Word came down from Heaven and it was to burn up everything not like God. It still does; God sets fires. The Priest could not take a wife that was a whore or put away from her husband. They were to be holy as God their God said so. God is a Holy God. He sets fire to sin. There is a way that God has set for His Holiness. It’s time we come clean from the pulpit to the back door of the Church and allow that cleanness to penetrate every home. God wants true Bible Believers that live a life for Him and is obedient in every area of life.

Blemishes have marred the Holiness of God in our lives. Blemishes are sin; the flaws, defects, stains, dents, and imperfections in men life that damages, deface, and mar God’s Holiness. Blemishes stop the work of God from going forth in our lives. How can we bring forth deliverance to the sick, halt, lame, or blind superfluous? How can God use us for anything? If we blemish our life in Christ He can’t use us to heal the broken footed, broken handed, crook backed, a dwarf, or a blemished eye, scurvy or scabbed, diseased or lost. The Holy Ghost is the fire that lights up at the Word like a fire to burn up the junk. But how can we offer the fire needed if He is dead or on the back burner himself in our lives? No one blemished can make an offering for the lost, but once the blemish has been cleansed the fire won’t be hindered.

It is God that sanctifies us once we come clean. God sets fire to our mess when we bring it to Him. Then we must separate ourselves from it, whatever it is that made us unclean. We cannot come to God any kind of way. When we come into anything that has been declared holy unto God, hallowed unto the Lord any kind of way we spread uncleanness upon God cutting our soul off from God’s presence. Neither shall we that is unclean partake of the Holy Ordinances of God, Baptism, Communion and Feet Washing until we be cleansed. We must clean up the flesh to celebrate God in the Spirit. We must keep the Holy Ordinances of God Holy; clean that God may keep the fire burning that he set in us. With the fire of the Holy Ghost we cannot say we have it and not walk worthy of God. When we put ourselves in proper order, God set our lives on fire with His Spirit that dwells in us.

God wants to wash us over again. He wants to renew a right Spirit and a clean heart within us. There is however a time for our folly to end. We shall keep the Commandments of God and do them. We offer ourselves as a living sacrifice to God, holy and acceptable which is our reasonable service. We must keep our vows or make none for they must be accomplished. Some things must be left at the altar and not picked up again.
