Being as unpredictable as the world is today, we can never presume what will happen to us even the very next moment. This in turn gives rise to fear in our hearts.

That fear may be about many different things in life. It may be our future, our health, finance, education, the people around and what they may do to us, or anything that we can think of- small or big.

But here is a gentle assurance from the creator of Heaven and Earth, the Alpha and the Omega, the God who knows the end from the very beginning, that we need not be afraid of anything in life.

"Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father.
And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid, you are worth more than many sparrows" ( Matthew 10.29-31).

If a sparrow, that can bought with such a little amount of money, cannot be harmed without God allowing it, assuredly, no one or nothing can bring us any harm or put us off without the will of God, for God says, we are worth more than many sparrows.

In fact, we were bought at a price, which is the life of Jesus Himself. How much higher will be our worth then? We are definitely priceless and God cares for us.

It is not just the big things in life, about us, that God cares about. He has numbered even the very hair of our head. Don't you think God is concerned about every minute thing in our lives and, is in total control ?
He sure is.

He knows what we need and when we need them. He knows our hearts' desires and secrets that we've been holding to ourselves, the pain that we've gone through alone, and the tears that we have shed in the dark and the anxieties we have about what is going to happen to us.

He cares for us more than anyone else does, for He loves us so much. His love is not as that of the world. It is unconditional and everlasting. It doesn't matter whether we are good or bad, popular or not, loved by people or lonely. Jesus Loves us. He will provide us and protect us.

We need not be discouraged by the situations around us, for God has His ways through the storms and the whirl wind.Let us cast our cares on Him because He cares for us. He will accomplish what He has prepared for us.

Cheer up! God is in control.
