She had it all. Beauty, fame,talent,opportunity,
a family of talented singers. What happened to Whitney? Was it because she met Bobby Brown? Do we lay her troubles at his feet? Did he introduce her to drugs? The media will say he did. He was the bad boy. In fact, if you listen to the media, after he attended her funeral, he left, to perform a concert. Then he went on to a casino. He felt his 'heart' was not in it, that night, so he went home early

I watched her on Oprah, when she was still married to Bobby. She bragged about a beautiful ring he gave her. I vividly remember her performance. Because I saw through her. She was so vulnerable! So insecure! To think a woman with such talent could be brought down by a love of a man .
She was Whitney Houston! She was the face, the voice, the figure, the mother, the child, the sister, cousin, niece, daughter! She was IT!Until I saw the photos, years later, in a woman's magazine,when she was a drug addict! Oh, my Christ! How degrading!

It has been said she had lost her entire fortune to drugs.

I can believe that. My question is; 'Why"
