We have plans and dreams.
God will give us the choice
to let Him guide our steps or not.
Our ways are usually less productive
compared to His ways;
if only we would let Him lead our days.
Remember He knows what is best
when we go on a quest;
we are always learning on His journey.
If we take off on our own path,
God will get us back on track.
Sometimes it takes years
after all our toil and tears;
but once we meet His Son, Jesus,
we will want to know His plan for us.
Once we plan a course,
He is our only source
to make sure our way
is guided every day.
We can depend on Jesus
when we choose to follow Him.

Proverbs 19:21--People can make all kinds of plans, but only the Lord's plan will happen.

Provers 16:19--In his heart a man plans a course, but the Lord determines his steps.
