One Way

People say there are many ways
to get to heaven.
They'll even mention a few ways.
But Jesus said, "I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6)

Whom would you rather believe,
the people of this world
who are searching for an answer,
or Jesus who is the answer?
Whom will you trust?

There is only one way to get to our heavenly Father. There are not many ways like you may think. You cannot work your way into heaven--we could never do enough. Plus, being a good person doesn't get us there either. We could never become good enough on our own merit to enter the Kingdom of God. It is by the grace of God and by the blood of Christ that we may be forgiven. He gave us His only begotten Son, Jesus, to save us.

You may think this is narrow minded (one way), but narrow is the gate which leads to life. Being broad minded only leads to different directions and confusion. Checking out things, which ought not be investigated, such as cults or different doctrines, different gods or idols; which get you nowhere except lead you into destruction. They sure don't get you to heaven. But seeing that we are an inquisitive people, some might search out anyway because we have freedom of choice (free will).

There is only one way to our Father's paradise and that is through the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who died for us on the cross. He is the sacrificial lamb (the ultimate sacrifice) who took away the sins of the world. Jesus was the only perfect man who walked on this earth.

Jesus is the only one who can save us. We have the choice to believe in Him and accept Him in our lives. With Him we can be reconciled to God. Without Him, we'd be separated from God for eternity because of our sinful nature. We would never get to heaven by any other means.

Jesus is the one and only way to Our Father in heaven.
