Poetry
Christ became sin and died one day,
that all mankind might be set free.
He went down to hell and rose again,
In His hands was sweet victory.
He caused the old to slip away,
Allowing only the new life come.
Placing in our hearts His spirits touch,
So we may taste of His victory won.
So our eyes and hearts will no longer value.
Worldly or perishable material things,
That we may have faith provided by grace,
To believe in what is yet now unseen.
For we have been reconciled to our God,
By the one act of He who is our king.
And on His behalf the Father embraces,
The believers that Christ to him will bring.
And through us by God is His appeal made,
For all who hear His calling to be saved.
Taking hold of the power of His new life,
That resurrected Him whole from the grave.

Very well written, I can just feel what I think you were feeling when you wrote this. Oh that people would experience the complete transformation that Christ can make in their lives. This world would be a wonderful place but we know it will never be here, but Praise God, it WILL be over there!
