Prophecy

In a dream, I was preparing this Scripture for presentation on a stage setting. The strange thing though, it was Jesus next to the Scripture bleeding from His side.

A Shadow of Things to Come:

And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
And Adam said, This is now BONE OF MY BONES, and FLESH OF MY FLESH: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be ONE FLESH (Genesis 2:21-23).

The Fulfillment of the Shadow Foreordained:

But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water (John 19:34).

Jesus is held in the heavens while God prepares His bride (Acts 3).

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and GAVE HIMSELF for it;
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

FOR WE ARE MEMBERS OF HIS BODY, OF HIS FLESH, AND OF HIS BONES.
For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be ONE FLESH.
This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church (Ephesians 5).

We are ONE WITH CHRIST once we accept His proposal.

And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigns.

Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: FOR THE MARRIAGE OF THE LAMB IS COME, AND HIS WIFE HATH MADE HERSELF READY.

And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

And he said unto me, Write, BLESSED ARE THEY WHICH ARE CALLED UNTO THE MARRIAGE SUPPER OF THE LAMB. And he said unto me, These are the true sayings of God (Revelation 19:6-9).

This is truly beautiful: (Remember, Adam was a miracle creation, not a birth.)

1) God opened Adam, the first shedding of blood mentioned, creating an injury in his side. The purpose was, to create a perfect Bride who would love him and bring forth new life on earth.

2) God opened Christ, the last shedding of blood, creating an injury in His side necessary for the creation of a perfected Bride who would love Him and bring forth new life on the earth.

The second Bride, the church, reveals the second Adam, Jesus, to the world, giving them eternal life through His blood.

We are making ourselves ready, going on to perfection, to meet the Bridegroom.

This is a big subject worthy of settling in to study what it takes to be among the blessed, and called to take part in the marriage supper of the Lamb.

Let His word perfect you.

How? you ask... By doing what you know.

Jesus said, “Learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you SHALL find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

We are the ones who complicate things. Be as little children.

What did the rough-and-tumble Peter say?

You husbands love your wives, live with them in an understanding way, as with someone weaker, since she is a woman; and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered.

Finally, be of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
Let him shun evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?

Beloved let us love one another, for love is of God.

As my husband says, "Easy-peasy."
