'I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!' Have you ever heard someone say this? Or maybe you have uttered these words yourself!

There was a woman in the bible that was driven into making a dangerous decision because she was sick and tired of being sick and tired for twelve years!

This woman had an issue of blood and according to Levitical law (Leviticus 15:25), it was forbidden for her to be in public in her condition for she was considered unclean.
Isolated, rejected, ignored, and despised for twelve years produced desperateness within her to take a risk. She could not bear with the shame one more day. She was at the end of her rope? How many of us can identify with her?

She had heard of a man named Jesus, the Messiah who heals and she sought after Him. There was a multitude of people and she began to press through. They were pushing and shoving when she fell but that did not discourage her. She crawled through the dirt as she was kicked and stepped on yet she continued because she was a woman in need!

Her determination in receiving her healing was greater than the pain of being stomped on. As she drew near she reached towards His hem and power emitted from His garment. Her faith drew the power from within Him! Jesus is the Word made flesh and as she released her faith it met the Word and the Word healed her!

Do you have an issue? Has it caused you to be isolated, rejected, ignored and despised? Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? If so, it’s time to get desperate!

Your desperation will determine your determination! I’ll say it again: 'YOUR DESPERATION WILL DETERMINE YOUR DETERMINATION (willpower)!'

Are you willing to press through the crowds of shame, guilt, past hurts, unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, anger, pride, and sin? Or will you continue to live year after year in your condition. Do not allow excuses to keep you from pressing in and seeking your healing or deliverance! Stop wallowing in self-pity! The enemy will push and shove you to make you fall. While you’re down there he will kick and stomp you to keep you there! Will you stay down and give up or will you crawl your way through?

You can either make a decision to get healed or delivered emotionally, physically and spiritually by releasing your faith as you touch His Hem or continue your journey in bondage – never experiencing the freedom of Christ!

We all have a need and the Lord is always waiting to meet them – all you have to do is reach out! Don’t wait another day – the time is now!

'Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak. She said to herself, 'If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.' Jesus turned and saw her. 'Take heart, daughter,'he said, “your faith has healed you' And the woman was healed from that moment'. ~ Matthew 9:20-22
