Pain gone un-checked is dangerous and if it is never dealt with, it can become explosive.

My heart felt so heavy, the sound of the beats, were more than I could bare.

Who can understand this anguish I'm feeling right now?

The struggle of getting through an hour is becoming a mission of great endurance.

As, I review the pages of my life, the pain has increased beyond measure.
It hurts to feel like this; helpless, tired and emotionally drained.

God is with me, this I know and hes taking me down a road, that I have never traveled before.

But, still it doesn't stop me from feeling this pain.
I trust that God,will take me through to the other side of this distress, which has made my mind and body weary.

No one but God, knows what I am feeling right now.
I've learned to disguise my pain, in the mist of it cutting into the depths of my soul.

Others see the smiles I cleverly hide behind, when I am in their presence, trying not to let the tears over flow upon my face.

They do not have a clue of this heavy burden of pain, that I carry within me.

Even though, God is working this out of me, this still does not dismiss the fact, that I am in pain and hurting.

Nevertheless, I do not like what I'm going through, and God never said that it would be easy.
Just knowing, that God is with me, has given me the courage to go the distance.

As I reflect on God's word, it starts to give oxygen to my body, that was having trouble breathing such enormous pain.

God promised, that he would never leave me or forsake me and this is my assurance of a safe arrival.

Traveling through this affliction, which was caused by my own doing, and this leads me to my knees.

In my despair, I do what I was taught to do: Cry out to the living God!

Help me Lord!

My body feels, as if it is being stretched in all directions.

At the same time,
I realize that Jesus is the elastic that is strong enough, to keep me from being torn apart, and this is my peace.
