This piece is meant to accomplish tasks; because of the situation at hand, I'm certain there is a need to not only express this Gospel we preach in words, but also in deed. Miracles must occur!

In Acts, chapters 3-8, there is an intense series of work; work particularly aimed at fast-tracking the word of God to the masses. At this space in time, people were still to receive the Holy Spirit in many different places. The words Christ were still a mystery to some. But now oh brother, now is the time.

For quite some time now, many of us can agree to the fact that we have settled for the smaller elements (or gifts) of our faith. I do not know, but maybe because we have relaxed over the years; that urgency of knowing that He is about to come has gradually faded into thin air. How dare we do not heed the words of Christ!

It would be quite disastrous to realise that after all these years of religious activity, we were just never different from the world (in other words we were just conformed to the world). Because "...unless your faith is more than that of the Pharisees and Scribes...", it is hard for us to enter the Kingdom of God.

Lets be guided and not misled. Hold fast to what is good and forsake those things that encourage you otherwise. We are not of this world, let us not be like this world. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen!
