The spirit of division,
Sword of Baal,
Clouds void of rain,
Makes vision die.
Jagged lightning,
Frayed root of
Double-mindedness,
Cutting words,
Dividing hearts,
Attacking families,
Turning one
Against another
Doors of hearts
Unguarded rail
Against father, mother,
Sister, brother.
So does the unseen
Enemy of souls
Steal, kill, and
Finally destroy.

Hearts divided
Depend on man,
whose many
Idolatrous devices
Designed to
Make life 'easier'
cause limbs to shrivel
And disintegrate.
Robotic satellites
forecast future skies,
Banks secure
Funds and doctors
Promise antidotes
For infirmities
Caused by
Evil spirits.

Hunger and thirst
For righteousness,
Ye people, as
The famine of
God's Word
Chaps your dry
Devotion divided
Between God and Baal.
Brittle bones
Are only a
Symptom of
Misplaced trust.
Healing rain
Comes only
After holy
Fire licks up
The poisoned wine
Of other gods' deceit.

Come, spirit of Elijah,
Repair the broken altar,
Create a new wineskin,
Breathe life by the power of the Spirit.
