We know that we love the children of God,
To love Him abiding in His Law as we trod;
This is the love of God as we keep His Law,
His Law is not grievous, without any flaw;
Whoever begot of God subdues the world,
Which is a victory as His plan is unfurled;
Faith that is strong leaving nothing undone,
Only those who believe Jesus is God's Son.
Love is the most powerful force on earth,
We are nurtured in it since time of birth;
The earliest type of love is of our parents,
Who's giving us all of our initial guidance;
Then the Bible is first put into our hand,
We're given the basics to live in this land;
In growing older we are taught life eternal,
That will keep us away from the infernal;
Given the tools for to combat temptation,
Ways to suppress anger and frustration;
It happens when you have faith in Christ,
Steering you away from what has enticed.
