God Almighty
You are always appear
when people ask your help
How can I count
What a big and huge your blessing is
When I was at a lost
And don’t know what to do
When my wife is ill
Nobody cares to help me
No member of family to help
Not many member of church pay a visit
Not enough money
From my all salary
To fulfill my wife’s treatment
Really confused
Thanks God
You sent someone
Unknown to help
My financial expenses
Until my wife was cured
YoU are always appear
