Morning has broken
Sun shone brightly
I dropped by the bus stop in Central Harmony
And wanted to change another bus

What a big surprised
A lady looked at me
And I did look at her
She has grey hair
So do I

Are you Tio Biai Enji?
She asked
Yes I am
And er er er
Are you Nila? I asked her back
Yes I am
Oh come, and we finally shook hand
She used to be the members of club
When we were young
Three decades ago
In Medan Merdeka Timur
Sunday Meeting conversation Club
We used to speak and played short drama
To make our English fluently
as we are pure Indonesian
According to her
English is nowadays not necessity any longer
But for me it is still my necessity
In speaking and reading
