Suppose a friend tells you a story about his life and keeps mentioning names that you don’t know. Options of your initial response would probably be like this:

• Who’s him/her?
• I heard you say his/her name just once.
• __________ who?
Or suppose you were given a home work to read and analyze:
TSIRHC
And then your mind will go :
• Ahhh……. (then you salivate)
• Huh?
• What?! Maybe this came from the ancient circle of the ancient writing.
• Oooh… Is that what they call hieroglyphics? How come I understood the letters?
• Is that French or Dutch or Greek or German or Spanish or Filipino?
In pursuit of the answer, I know exactly where you’ll first run to…
Google

You started “googling”…
No results found for TSIRHC
Option 1 : TOTAL FAIL

Disappointed as you are now, you will try your school library next... Yeah, you heard that right – your school library.
After searching all the books and found not even a hint on what on earth could that word might mean, your only hope is your school librarian. (insert terrible sound effects here)
But the school librarian will go, “What? TSIRHC? I don’t know what that is. Sorry.”
Option 2 : EPIC FAIL
Hopeless? Don’t be.

Suppose in the midst of your seems-like-this-will-be-forever-TSIRHC-caused-dilemma, a Christian friend of yours called you.
You: Hey! I was thinking about asking you something but I’m not so sure if you know this. Nonetheless, I think I should give it a try. (swallows hard) Do you know what TSIRHC means?
Your friend: What? Come again.

You: T-S-I-R-H-C.
Your friend: Hold on a sec… Oh, that’s Jesus!
You: Huh?
Your friend: Jesus!
You: What? Jesus? Jesus who?
(Phone hangs up)
You: Oh, man!

And then, you not assuredly but consciously fill out your paper with your friend’s answer. You kept thinking, What if my teacher asked me, “Why Jesus?” Hmmm…
AT THE MOMENT, OUR MAIN CHARACTER IS SLEEPING… HUSH PLEASE.
Your alarm clock burst to life… TIME FOR SCHOOL! Oh, the horror!
You: Uh-oh.
Class starts…
Your teacher: Hand me your homework.
You: (Hands it over)
Your teacher: (begins to scribble something at it and smiles as she gives your paper back to you)
You: (looks at the paper) How?

 Jesus
Correct! Very Good!
You are utterly confused of:
• Why is my friend’s answer correct?
• How could it be?
• What on earth is going on?

You stared at the paper again… then noticed:
TSIRHC
Your mind starts to think. (This time, SERIOUSLY!)

You: Hey, I know why!

You read the word backwards.

TSIRHC


CHRIST!

Jesus is the Christ!

My point? (Figuratively speaking)

You will always find God in whatever, whenever or wherever if you truly know Him. Like that story, the main character’s friend knew well that it was Jesus all along because he spent ample time with Him.

How to know Jesus?

• Read the Bible.
• Obey every command He says.
• Seek Him and His will.
• Pray continually.

It doesn’t matter if you were given a backward-spelled or jumble-lettered Jesus Christ. It wouldn’t make any difference for you if you REALLY KNOW HIM!

What makes a conqueror win?
By knowing what he’s fighting for…
And what are YOU fighting for?
Jesus, The Christ’s Glory!
