Glimpses Of His Glory

We can go to the mountains in the fall to see how he paints the leaves each one different and marvel at the sight of such beauty. We can stand on the beach at sunset and smell the salt in the air and feel the gentle breeze and wonder how God can do all this. We can also climb the highest mountain and upon reaching the top stand and gaze at the wonder that is God’s creation and think how pretty all of God’s creation is. These are only glimpses that God allows us to see on this side of paradise.
The bible clearly describes Heaven in the book of Revelations. It says the streets are made if gold and the walls are made up of 12 different jewels. Heaven is something that our mind can’t comprehend. When we get to heaven we will not be able to put into words what we are seeing.
The next time you see something that is just a wonderful display of God’s handy work remember that God is allowing us to see glimpses of his glory on this side of paradise until we all get to heaven.
