Christian Living
Most of us are weak creatures of habit. When one does something, others will follow. That the case of Bill. Here is a man of great wealth and prestige. He drives his life to pursuit what is believed to be happiness. However, all too often many like Bill failed in life following the pursuit of happiness.
Bill was a captain of industry presiding president of a multinational company. He managed huge amount of money and cared for thousands of people, ensuring they performed with excellence and high quality on the job. Bill’s focused attention in protecting the assets of the company was a primary driver of life. The thought of caring how he perceived others mindful aspiration about him, or the direction of the company was not his concern. Bill only thought about ‘Money Coming In’ (MCI).
Now in life, there are two principles we should live by, Love your brother and sister and love God with your whole heart. If the direction of love is toward any other thing, life as you know it will be hard. The people of this planet are weak-minded creatures, pushed in socially persuasible directions contrary to right living. Where is the love for the Marjory of people requiring food and water? Why can’t education be a necessity than a luxury? Must we always be at war with one another? When will the obsession with Greed end? Time is running contrary to the belief that I can stop at anytime to fix the problem. What time is it when the ‘Have more’ want tax breaks and the ‘Haves’ will need to pay for it.
We the people, the collection of the willing are but Precious Contents in Perishable Containers. What do I mean? This generation is pressed on every side by trouble. Our very bodies’ decay into death but we push forward a crumbling lifestyle. Some of us preach and pray to God, under constant danger of death because we server Him in Christ. We are branches of precious fruit preaching to the masses, you had better change your lifestyle are face certain judgment. Yes, our bodies are perishable container, socially corrupt in ways of deceitful wickedness. It’s our sprit, which the precious content we should be concern with. The changing ways of life influences the perishable container, driving the type of fruit produced. What you sow is what you harvest. If you sow peace, you’ll harvest peace but if you sow mistrust your harvest is not peace. This is likened to the Kingdom of God.
