Because the war was of God
The victory was very sure
Yes, they must go out against them
Wielding weapons he had bestowed.
Yet they must not trust in the bow
And they must not trust in the arrow.
Their trust must be in the Lord alone
He only can bring extra-ordinary success
Only He can bring satisfactory redress.

So as you fight against the powers of darkness
Spiritual wickedness in high places
Fear not, focus not on what you see
Focus on whom you have believed
Focus on Who has gone before you
He neither saves by many nor by few
He is the Lord of Hosts, Captain of Salvation
He s Jehovah Nisi, your Victorious Banner.
The battle is not yours but His and He will fight for you.

Quake not before superior numbers
If God is on your side, it tips the scale in your favour
Recoil not into your shell, but shell
Charge, pursue, over take, recover all
Shrink not in the face of opposition
But confront the foe, face to face
Retreat not because of difficulties
Advance in the name of the Lord
Using the sword- the Word, and the blood

There fell down many slain, because the war was of God."—1 Chronicles 5:22.
