Romans 12:1-2 "Therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God." 
This is a universal verse for both men and women, but with all the media out there trying to get young ladies to look and act in such an ungodly way I felt that this verse really needed to be brought home to us ladies. This world is telling our young ladies today that if they do not do certain things then a man will not want them. It is teaching them that sex is just for fun, and if you don't do it you are, somehow, strange. Sadly, this worldly teaching has grasped our young people's lives and they are paying the consequences for it. We must stand up and speak boldly against this. We must show our young ladies that they do not need to be conformed to this worldly thinking in order to be loved by a man. This way of doing things only brings heartbreak. If they want a good man that will love them unconditionally they must seek God's heart and they must not compromise their morals. If a man tries to pull the “if you love me you'll have sex with me” card, then he does NOT love you; nor is he a real man.
Do not demean yourself by wearing the sexual clothing of today. If you want a man to see you as more than a sexual object, then don't dress like a sexual object. Respect yourself by adorning yourself with modesty. I'm not saying you have to cover yourself from head to toe, but to ask yourself how you would dress if Jesus was right beside you throughout the day. He is by the way! Would you be embarrassed if He appeared before you right now? Always dress and act in a way that is pleasing to God. It starts in the mind. Change your thoughts and it will start being apparent on the outside as well. 
God, help us to go out and teach our young ladies to live lives that honor You. Help us to not be drawn in by the cares of this world, but to remain focused, fixed, and unmoving on Your perfect will. God, be with everyone who is reading this that You give them wisdom, strength, and great boldness to speak Your word to the hurting people around them. In Your precious name, amen.
