Family
We attended our last parent consultation meeting two months ago. I recorded the following from our son's literacy book. I wanted to share it with you.
"Recipe for a Happy Family
By Javin Ramkissoon (7yrs)
27th September 2010
Take 700g of hugs and kisses
Add a few spoonful of laughness[ter]
Stir [in] a cup of love
Mix in some respect
Sprinkle in some [h]onesty"
'Out of the mouth of babes'--Sometimes we can take for granted our blessings. When I read that piece in Javin's literacy book (which he said should have been in his RE book) I smiled and thank God for the seeds that are now being planted. I pray that he will continue to grow in the knowledge and wisdom of the Lord.
A recipe I endorse.
