But what about now?
Has freedom been taken captive?
No more speaking out
Silenced by enemies
Not-so-silent assassins.

Is this a nation
Held down by foreign hands?
Is this a land
Where children can roam free?
Are we truly free anymore?

Who tells us
We can’t speak out?
Those with our blood on their hands.
People with an evil plan.

But no more
It’s time to stand up!
It’s time to fight.
Take this land of ours back.

Don’t think you can get rid of us.
Can your plan truly go through?
It’s not that I hate you, I don’t.

What runs through a person’s mind
To take a land that is not theirs?
Evil, greed, lust and anger
Maybe those things.

Where exactly are we?
This isn’t what America is.
Catering to its enemies.
