The sun came up, did you doubt it WOULD?
(You KNEW it COULD, you KNEW it SHOULD!)
A mundane daybreak to behold?
Or was it MORNING FOR YOUR SOUL?

In splendor God reveals His ways,
His SAMENESS worthy of ALL praise;
Observe the treasure, OURS to hold;
Absorb the MORNING OF THE SOUL!
When sun has set and day is o'er,
The time, just spent, will pass no more.
The dark sets in, with chilling cold;
ANOTHER MORNING FOR THE SOUL!
"How can it be? (we hear some say),
That you give PRAISE at CLOSE of day?"
The DARKEST night dims NOT the Light,
Does NOT diminish Hope OR Might;
Does NOT delete the Master's role...
ETERNAL MORNING OF THE SOUL!
