Healing

There are days in my life when the waves grow high, and as they grow higher and higher, my mind assumes it will be a tsunami, but that tsunami never comes! That tsunami that I feel is about to come is actually a small wave thrown ashore and calmed, but behind it comes another wave! "Oh no! what is that wave going to do now?" says me! "It will do the same thing", says the LORD! "It will be be calmed after it hits the shore!" "Oh, Father!" says me, "I should have learned that the very first time, when I saw with my own eyes and ears, what that wave did!" The LORD says, "It's ok, my daughter, the waves will come and go, but I am the One who allows them so that you will understand that I am the One who calms them." says my God, softly and tenderly to me. "Father, why are you allowing the waves? They are too painful. I am afraid." "I know you are afraid, my daughter, but I am the LORD! I have a purpose for these waves." "Yes! Father," says me, "I know you do, so

please help me to understand." The LORD says, "I will reveal to you what I will reveal, but know this one thing: I love you! I Am the LORD and My ways may seem without sense, but I promise you, my daughter, I do have a purpose for the waves!"
