EPHESIANS 6
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.




Strolling home late that evening, down dark and lonely streets, heart filled with worship and singing after the inspiring blessed time she had had at that day’s bible study.

Unaware of her surroundings on that very long and eerie street, she was all alone as she walked.

She just felt elated in her spirit without a worry in her heart but suddenly, disturbing her gentle reverie, out of the shadows two youths jumped out and aggressively handled her, shouting out and struggling to get free of their grip she asked what they wanted but all they said was “keep quiet and come with us”.


She kept struggling to get free but their grip was iron tight and they kept shouting her down and dragging her along and eventually into a dark alleyway where they dumped her down and told her not to move or try to run away, they moved on talking to each other about going to seek out and ask for the help of a well known but evil priest……..

“I shouted to them that if they wanted money, I did not have any and I begged them to release me but they only screamed at me to ‘stay put’!”

“On second thoughts, one of them turned around and ‘sort of’ cast a spell on me not to be able to move and immediately I just felt like ‘something’ held me to the spot but I discovered I could still talk and wriggle around but could not get up from there nor move to run away”.

They simply kept on and turned the corner and disappeared from view.


“I felt frustrated as I wriggled around trying everything THAT I KNEW to get up and run but nothing worked”,

Suddenly she noticed her surroundings after a while, her eyes got accustomed to the darkness, a figure was crouched in the corner, shivering not from the cold (because it was a warm night) but out of fear rooted to the spot”.


In the same moment, an old and feeble looking woman walked out from a house across the street towards where we were, saying, “What are you two doing there? Can you move? Come with me.”

I was speaking at the same time as she was, trying anxiously to explain why we were there (at least, how I got there) but she did not really wait for answers she simply pulled each one of us up by our hands and we walked with her into the house.


I told her that they were still coming back and her place and with the ‘evil’
Priest who had great diabolical powers, she smiled and said that she knows him but we could hide out in her room until the danger was past and she had thought about what to do.


We went straight to a corner of the room as we got in and crouched there but she asked us to sit on a corned of her bed (a mattress that was on the floor ) which was on the left hand side corner of this room that was about 20 by 20 square foot, she then went about her business in the room whilst my eyes went all over the room noting the details of my environment.


I noticed a window that had Louvers which looked out onto the street but on another side not the alley where we were dumped earlier, she had very few belongings, I also noticed a door, not the one which we came in through but one which appeared like a communicating door into another.


She noticed at the same time that I did , THE DOOR but she, for a different reason, it was unlocked and she made to lock it with one of a bunch of keys that she took from the entrance door when we heard movements and muffled voices in the room on the other side and soon after we saw through the crack in the door, three men, one much older than the other two (of course the two were the ones who had abducted me!) The older who appeared fearsome and very angry, saw the old woman at the same time and then us in her room!


He lunged towards the door and snatched it open asking the old woman what we were doing in her room, she told him it was none of his business and to leave us alone that he had no right to touch us but he only sneered and struggled with the door handle that she had pulled with all her strength to shut and lock with the keys in her hand.


He asked gruffly but frantically out of frustration and astonishment at not being able to open the door with such a feeble WOMAN at the other end,”How can you pull so hard and how many keys are there ”


She answered him (I wonder why) that there were three!
Suddenly he yanked the door from her and came barging in right to where we were and grabbed me while one of the boys grabbed the other girl, we screamed and struggled but they only held on tight and dragged us outside.


Once out of the house they dropped us violently on the ground and I shook myself in anger and shouted the more whilst the old man prepared himself and started speaking in strange tongues pointing his finger at me

I remembered suddenly to call the name of Jesus and pleading the blood I pointed back and said to them that their powers shall return to them in effect because I was sealed by the blood of Jesus.

Suddenly, even to my own surprise, they all fell and each one flattened out into 2D and all we saw were the three in THREE PICTURE FRAMES and one that appeared to be like the older man zoomed out once as a spooky shadow before he screamed and finally was forced into the picture, joining the others.


Just speak the word, the most High has promised never to leave nor forsake you!


Don’t let any GIANT scare or intimidate you in this walk, because you belong to God!
