We always wonder how they can do it – destroy innocent people in cold blood. How can they cover up their deeds and continue the mayhem – they assassinate reputations.

They are on the edges of society, throwing stones here or accusing there. They blame and criticize, questioning the actions and motives of others – they carefully do their dirty work.

They use rumor and hearsay to draw blood, and ruthlessly slander the unsuspecting victim. They create scandals by talking to everyone except the one they are angry with – it’s awful.

Yes, Jesus said the one who is angry with his brother or sister without a cause is as guilty as the murderer. So there were a number of serial murderers in the churches I grew up in – it’s ungodly!

People who sit in church and claim to be like the Master, but let them get irritated and they begin their foul deeds. Instead of speaking to the one(s) involved – they get nasty.

They go to everyone else and smear the name and character of the one who has upset them. Usually it is about them and their issues in life – but they love to attack others.

These spineless merchants of evil can go from house-to-house peddling their poison, always portraying themselves as poor victims – as they kill, steal and destroy!

Often they can hide their intentions for awhile, but sooner or later people discover the sickness of their nature. Exposed to society, it’s as rotten as a serial killer!

Jesus already said what He thinks of their homicidal actions – but still bet they’ll be shocked when they find out He really meant hurting others is as bad as hurting Christ.
