Faith
THE PATIENCE OF THE SAINTS
The patience of the saints
Proves the power of divine grace
While the fruit of the spirit
Is in control
The world around can see
One living victoriously
By the blood of Jesus Christ
Which makes one whole
Who would glorify his God
Must set his account upon
Meeting with many trials
In this world
When afflictions come and go
We treasure this also
Mighty fortress is our God
When satan's darts are hurled
Stand rejoicing my dear brother
Under heaven is none other
None other name given
Can compare
Then the name of our dear Saviour
Whom our God has highly favored
Take your burdens to that Lord
And leave them there
