I don’t know how much time I have
before I leave this life.
I don’t know what my future holds,
joy or days of strife.
I don’t know what will happen next,
I don’t know what God’s planned.
But one thing that I know for sure,
my life is in His hand.

I do not have to be afraid
cause God is in control.
When my time on earth is through
to heaven I will go.
But while I’m here I’ll follow Him,
I’ll let Him be my guide.
No matter what I face each day
He’s always by my side.

He is my strength when I am weak,
He lifts me when I fall.
No matter where I go each day,
to Him I always call.
When I feel joy I praise His name,
I thank my God above.
When I feel pain I cry to Him
and He covers me with love.

I don’t know when He’ll call me home,
But while I’m living here.
I’ll cherish every single day,
I will not live in fear.
I’ll live each day like it’s my last,
sharing love with everyone.
I’ll tell the world that God is good,
until my days are done.

I don’t know how much time I have
before my life does end.
I don’t know when I’ll have to leave
my family and each friend.
But when that time for me has come,
He’ll welcome me above.
He’ll smile at me and pull me close,
Into His arms of love!
