In this great world so large and wide
its difficult to find peace of mind.
Some look for it in money, or even in friends.
They sink lower into pits of despair.
Some try in vain to protest and stop wars
in hope that peace would reign eveywhere.
People are harassed, helpless and torn,
they are unable to find peace to heal those who burn.
Yet, the believer with strength in his heart,
turns to his Maker - The Source of all peace
who gave us this promise -
"My peace I leave you; not as the world gives"...
