Your empty eyes stare back at me
As to judge who I've become
Knowing all of my weaknesses
Your mind causes my body to numb

So quick to point your finger
And criticize every move I make
You never hesitate to laugh at my faults
Arent you concerned my heart may break

You fail at everything you do
While choosing to bring me down
Never once have I been able to please you
There isnt a shred of hope that I have found

I realize that I dont know you anymore
At least not the way I used to
Somewhere along the line you lost me
If you love me guide me through

I'll never give up hope in searching
For that part of you I have misplaced
I'll start by staring at my own reflection
Once again, I meet myself face to face
