Leaves of fortune
falling
The plight of nature calling –
Spiders spin their web of hate
behold the fool
thy perfect mate


Leaves of fortune
falling
The season writhe death’s calling –
No eye shall see, despite it blows
upon the wind
of winter snows


Leaves of fortune
falling
A stranger shall come calling –
Hold no wonder as he sleeps
a silent winter
gently weeps


Leaves of fortune
falling
The Winds of Harvest calling –
God’s wrath be cast upon the seas
'twas foretold
His will shall be!


Leaves of fortune
falling
The prince of darkness calling –
False words of peace bearing gifts
for shallow hearts
that can’t resist


Leaves of fortune
falling
Heed God’s Angel calling –
Beware – the spurious cometh first
let not thy tongue
speak or thirst


Leaves of fortune
falling
Behold God’s trumps a calling –
The seventh seal reveals to all
Leaves of Fortune
God’s Harvest Call!
