Most people go through their whole lives not realising that theyre worth something.I mean, we can read the bible a thousand times, but no matter how you interpret it we are still affected by society and the hurt it inflicts on us.. You can be the most devout of the devout of Christians, walking around with a cross on your sleeve, but still go home every night and cry yourself to sleep... We sell ourselves as perfect beings sometimes, trying to impress someone, wanting to fit in, living up to expectations that we can't fulfill, the list is endless really, but in the end, its us who get hurt. When we don't have to, hell, we don't have to do a lot of things, but we do. Why? I honestly don't have an answer. But, what i do know is that no matter how bad you've been hurt, never let your heart freeze over to the world, even if it stings to think that outside the walls lies a world that will take advantage of you, lie to you, cheat you, reject you...because everywhere you go, there is always at least one person who needs you in their life, and there is always someone who will be willing to help you and love you..even when it hurts, realise what you still have and see the little things in the people around you that you love..instead of the bad that youre wounded heart's eye has been trained to see. i love you my brothers and sisters, dont forget that someone always loves you.

"Love others as I have loved you..." Jesus commanded. Don't just read the Scriptures, STUDY THEM and apply them to your heart, mind and body. Jesus is within you...and He overcame the world. ~Shalom
