Tears pour like rain

Her head tucked under a pillow

as if she is hiding from the world

Night seems endless and her

loneliness increases with each

tick of the clock

Her eye tired and red she

gives into her listless body

Just as she is almost asleep

She gives one last cry

" Jesus help me!"

It comes from her deepest self.

She really doesn't think she'll get

a response, but she says it again

" Jesus help me!"

Then she hears a soft and compassionate voice

" I am here."

She feels a warmth and love she's

never experienced before.

" Jesus is that you?"

Jesus gently answers,

" You are my delight! You will

show others the message I am

giving you tonight. You are my

beloved daughter! Do you believe that?"

She cries - but this time with joy

" Yes! Yes, I do believe!"

She is so excited she almost dances

Jesus laughs and says,

" Just as you are my beloved daughter

and loved completly, each person is

also sacred and blessed to me. Will

you let them know?"

" Yes. Yes Jesus! "

Then his voice fades as he says

" I am with you always."

Her heart was over joyed

From then on she knew

she had a mission and

she continued this mission the rest of her life
