The song of rejoicing
is soon to be sung

Jesus is coming
for everyone

Our hearts our ready
our soul waiting to sing

What light and love
Jesus will bring

He came to earth
what a glorious sight!

The star lead the wise men
on this most holy night

The baby they yearned for
was on the way

Do you think they
knew what would happen the next day?

Did they know the
joy which he would bring?

Did they worship
pray and sing?

As we imagine
singing with joy

Soon will be born
a most blessed boy!

We sing Silent night
and watch with care

What news of hope and love
we will share!

So, sing with me
this sacred night

My prayer for us
is to live in his light!
