Sometimes living in this world can be very rough
Where you are faced with many problems
It can be tough
You feel like people just don’t care
You have a lot of burdens you have to bare
Sometimes you feel so alone so sad all you feel like doing is sitting at home
Your eyes are filled with tears
Your heart is filled with fear
Someone is out there to wipe away your pain
And dry those tears of rain
This someone is a being higher than us
He is someone you can rely on and trust
This someone is the almighty one
He is our Lord God and Jesus his son
Just believe with all of your heart and all of your mind
Pray to God and Jesus and your lay your worries on him in your own time
Your own time can be morning noon or night
Our Lord is powerful
He is our big bright light
When you overcome your battles
And you win the fight
Thank God our Lord for he is our bright and shining light
