To Be Proficient in High Heels

I believe that lots of girls and women have high heeled shoes more than they should have. Although we love high heel so much, but many of us don¡¯t wear them very often, and some even become intimidated by high heels after t an unpleasant experience of wearing them. In fact, walking in high heels is not that difficult, or not that horrible. With a bit of practice, you will step out in high heels in no time.

The first thing you could do, if you want to be skillful in wearing high heels someday, is practicing standing in high heels. You can practice this in front of a full length mirror. You stand for a while and then turn to each side slightly. You should make sure to be able to check your posture and profile. After a period of time, you could get accustomed to high heels and walk them well.

If the unlucky thing comes to you, I mean that no matter how hard you practice walking in high heels, they are still not your thing; you¡¯d better consider trying out a chunkier high heel. Don¡¯t be frustrated for not walking in a thinner heel. They are also a kind of ¡¡ãadded height¡¡À elements, and they could make you walk steadily as if you are wearing a pair of sneaker.

The third thing I must remind all of you is to be careful as much as you can when you are walking in high heel: to be careful to walk slowly and to be careful to pay attention to little stones on road. If not, you may hurt your ankle or may be tripped up by little stones.

When it comes to actually walking comfortably in high heels, you also need to practice, practice, and practice. This may sound a little silly, but it is just the fact. When you put on high heels after not walking in them for long, you may easily end up with sore feet, even with an injury. So just learn it by heart that practice is the key to be proficient in high heels.
