"LET IT BE ME"

Jesus I come to you again torn apart

She's so young and beautiful, she's got my heart




I've had a good life and grown closer to you

I know it's soon my judgement to be due



Her cancer scares her, so she going all out

To party her life to the end, this I have no dought




Please take the cancer from her and let it be mine

She can get to know you, that will give her time



I have a problem with a spot on my lung that you see

If it has to be cancer, then not Heather, let it be me




She is so young and I am so old

I'll face death, I'll face it bold




Lord Jesus it is to you I plea

If someone must have cancer

And that's the way it must be



PLEASE JESUS, PLEASE JESUS, NOT HEATHER,

"LET IT BE ME"




JOHN 15 : V13 And Jesus said, "No Greater Love than this,

than a man lay down his life for a friend."
