Have you been hurting for some time, have you been waiting for something, have you been taking a break for some reasons? The 'inactivity' in us can make us unproductive. Unproductive for 'life' - the way we see life maybe gloomy, not so bright! Let's get yourself straighten out and let's get productive and active again, to kindle the fire once again, to see God's Kingdom growing in numbers and not just numbers but peoples are growing in their knowledge of God, not just head knowledge but more personal experience of God, that more testimonies will be shared and produced.

When we are feeling hurt, we can hardly take our eyes off ourselves, we are quite self-focused, but that's okay, God can share your sorrow and grieve and He knows what's going on in your life and the time you need for recovery. When you are waiting for something like a breakthrough, it's hard for us just to wait on God, be peace with ourselves, hard for us to just keep our human efforts locked away. We love to get involved, we love to do something when there were times God just simply wanted our obedience heart, He just wanted us to rest in Him (trust Him enough to deal with things for us).

About "Resting in Him" - it does not always mean physical rest, but more of a 'spiritual rest' - trusting Him to do His part, that we won't intervene by our human efforts.

Being 'active' - I am focusing more on our 'love walk', our 'focus on others' not ourselves all the times. More about others, more about their interests, their concerns not ours!

Sometimes when we need to act on something, we waited for others, then we ended up knowing, 'nobody' was doing anything. As we assume others would do it, we tend not to do it ourselves. So we are shifting the focus on others, when others whom we expected not to do a good job, we blame, we talk about them...the problem was, we have not first considered ourselves to do something. We have not expected ourselves to take some sort of responsibilities, but expected others to do its job. That's why in our Society, many pointing fingers, and if we learned how to look at ourselves, examine ourselves first, perhaps we would not hear too much noise out there, blaming noises?!

Don't be asleep for too long, time to get up and do something, look around you, many things remain undone in this City...if you inactivity long enough, you will find life more difficult, more hopeless and not bright. Instead, look around for others' needs, do as much as you can to fulfill others' needs first, God will come and fulfill your needs for you.

~Seek first His Kingdom, and all these things will be granted unto you.~ God bless.
