Despite the different versions
It is imperative that we remember the GREAT TRUTH—
Jesus Christ DIED on the CROSS for the SINS of the WORLD!

Proverbs 16:10 says, "A divine sentence is in the lips of the KING. . ."
"Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my WORDS shall not pass away." Matthew 24:35
"...for thou hast magnified thy WORD above all thy name." Psalms 138:2

Jesus Christ said ". . .the words that I speak unto you,
they are SPIRIT, and they are LIFE.” John 6:63
The life of Jesus reflects the WORD of GOD—
It is PURE and is the CURE for LIFE
The WORD of GOD is UNSTOPPABLE
It reflects the BEAUTY of LOVE—
Even though it is shoved away by many
It simple bounces back...

"And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: GOD WAS MANIFEST IN THE FLESH. . ." The King James says,
Clearly, "GOD was manifest in the flesh" 1 Timothy 3:16
However, (NIV) says, "HE appeared in a body"—
The NIV, NASV, RSV, NRSV, etc, change "GOD" to "HE".
"He appeared in a body"?
Everyone has "appeared in a body"!
"He" is a pronoun that refers to a noun or antecedent.
There is no antecedent in the context!
The statement does NOT even make grammatical sense!


This might sound innocent but
Error usually creeps in slowly undetected

The DEITY of JESUS is attacked with great subtlety
At times it does not appear as an attack but that
Would be a form of deception that could confuse many—

In Philippians 2:6, The KJV declares the deity of Jesus Christ: "Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery TO BE EQUAL WITH GOD" –The new translations completely re-word the verse to deny
The deity of Jesus Christ!
The NIV, RSV, NASV, NRSV, NKJV (1979 ed.), etc. reads,
"Who, being in very nature God,
DID NOT CONSIDER EQUALITY WITH GOD something to be grasped,"

The virgin birth has also been attacked
In Luke 2:33, The KJV says, "And JOSEPH and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him."
The NIV, NASV, NRSV, etc. reads,
"The CHILD'S FATHER and mother marvelled at what was said about him." The "CHILD'S FATHER"?
Do you believe that Joseph was Jesus’ father?
Not if you believe the virgin birth! Not if you believe John 3:16, that Jesus Christ was the Son of God!
This is a subtle, attack at the virgin birth—

These are only two mistakes
They are not isolated cases—
There are up to 6000 changes by translators



Some may think it is easy to read the new version
Although that can be true
Many fail to see that different versions have
Altered certain words in the BIBLE [there are many]
