The seas of change are coming my way, the wind around me whispers its arrival. I'm excited and scared of whats to come, I'll hold on tight to you God's only Son. The future could hold great times of blessing and joy, or it could be a time of trials and testing. Either way I'll hold on to you, in the end thats the only thing I can do. You bring me from dark valleys into to green meadows where I can rest and enjoy. You let me drink the life you offer that lets me be with you forever, I couldn't think of anything better. I'll let you lead me through whatever my future may hold, I know you only have plans to help me grow, even if I don't see it in times of sorrow. One day I'll learn to not fear whats ahead, I'll remember what your words in the Bible said. They said not to fear and have courage. They said to trust and to pray. They said to be joyful always. They said we must be willing to give up our lives to find real life. They said don't be like this world, live like God's son. They said don't think your better than anyone else. They also said I was loved from above and nothing, not even death, could take that away. They told me God's son had died for my sins. They told me I could live with you. I'm choosing to listen and believe Your words. So even though it may lead me through times of uncertainty and doubt I know from your words how it all turns out.
