Strengthen me or kill me Lord; without you I can’t do this!
If I can’t even stop the rain, then how can I walk through this?
The faith I have is very small; the wind looks at me and laughs!
I want to rise above it all, but to your feet I clasp!
I want to be just like you Lord and feed the hungry people.
Father lift me from this tent, but not to be your equal!
