Eden
Garden of delight, where our parents were born
On holy grounds made with love --absent of scorn
Plants, trees, fruit, light and air
All needs meet
Every care
A garden of treasure
Filled with pleasure
Walking with God
Pure bliss without measure…
Walking with God
Hearing His voice
Until another voice
Made its existence known.
The voice of God can still be heard
In nature, in our hearts and in
His eternal word.
Today, we pray to our Lord God
Who can hear our voice and plea
To love and lead us
Toward His perpetual
Garden --cared for by Christ
For all Eternity.

"The voice of God can still be heard." Amen! Julie, I was blessed to read this. It has been awhile since I communicated with you. I still have your book. Mary and I are somewhat older now, but our hearts are still with God. We know our time on earth is shorter, but the thrill of this realization is that our eternity with Him is so much nearer. God bless and keep writing.
