Eggs for breakfast and chicken for dinner,
Which one came first thought the curious sinner.
The eggs must have been here before the hens.
How can that be if the hens didn’t lay them?

I had eggs for breakfast, for me they came first!
But the Truth kept him guessing and it increased his thirst.
So he opened a beer and sat down at his table.
He tried doing the math but he just wasn’t able!

Can a god that does wonders and miracles and such,
Hide this one simple answer; does he hate me that much?
But then the Lord spoke and said: Listen my friend!
If you don’t know the Truth then you won’t see the end!

It will come upon you like a thief in the night.
While you rest with you’re children; you won’t see the light.
The mysteries I hold are both numerous and great.
But the answers I gave you; it’s the wicked I hate!
