Have you seen someone’s smile
when they suddenly realize
they are loved and understood?

Have you see the respect in the eyes
of a frail adult when they know
they are respected?

Have you seen a homeless person
land a job, realizing they’re an
important part of society, again?

Have you seen the abused child
settle into the arms of a new family
who shows him compassion and patience?

They help him
to feel special and loved
If so, then you have seen Jesus.
