Mere words cannot convey
The special place of your being
And the wondrous nature of your ways

Harmless as the lamb
Yet fearless as the lion
Delicate as the flower
Yet sturdy as the oak

Charity without greed
Love without scorn
Forgiveness without grudge
Faithfulness without betrayal

With eyes that sparkle
And a smile that gleams
A countenance that soothes
And speech that quickens

Such beauty as is yours
Angelic and pure
A portrait of the divine
A work of perfect hands

Blessed is the man
That can call you his own
No gift he is to receive
Will equal your glorious hand

A creature as is you
Deserves his finest efforts
His unending commitment
His love, loyalty, and valour

You are a daughter of the Almighty
A precious emerald of his immaculate creation
A product of heavenly design
A treasure among men
